In present tense we use first form of verb and add‘s’ and ‘es’ with form of verb according to subject (singular, or plural). Structure of Present Tense
Subject + 1st Form of Verb + Object
If the subject in a sentence is “he, she, it, singular or proper noun” then “s” or “es” is added to the first form of verb or base form in the sentence.
