In the year of 2001, this college also started another program named as Multimedia Arts. In India, Sir JJ School of Arts, Government College of Arts and Mayo School of Arts are the pioneer institutions. In 1872, Mayo School of Industrial Art was then established in order to perpetuate the memory of Lord Mayo.
