Requirements for Admissions:
Prior to applying for admission, check whether you are eligible for this intake or not.
- The applicant must have Punjab domicile of any district (Islamabad Domicile holders are also eligible).
- Must have passed the FSC Pre-Medical or equivalent with more than 65% marks.
- Those who appeared in National MDCAT-2020 must have passed it with more than 60% marks.
- The candidates who have done HSSC or Equivalent from outside Pakistan can apply against Overseas or Foreign Pakistani seats.
- If an Overseas or Foreign candidate has passed SAT-II, then the score must be more than 60% and the subject weightage will be like 40% Biology, 35% Chemistry, and 25% Physics/Maths.

UHS Admission 2024-2021 Form:
- The admission portal will open on 11th January. Click the Apply Online button after it.
- You will reach the admission portal where you can signup to proceed.
- Get the admission form and start filling it. Fill in the personal and academic info sections.
- Upload the scanned documents there including previous results and some other documents.
- Fill in the preference list of colleges you want to apply to.
- Submit your form after doing this step.
- Now get the admission processing fee challan from there and deposit the fee of Rs.500+150 (Rs.150 for Bank service charges) at any branch of The Bank of Punjab.
- Your admission procedure ends here.
After your admission forms are submitted, the next step will be to check the merit list. Remember that your name can exist in the merit list only if you have a good merit aggregate. To check your merit, follow the below-given formula:
- Matriculation or Equivalent: 10%
- Intermediate or Equivalent: 40%
- MDCAT or SAT-II: 50%
