Well subjects are divided into two sections that is compulsory subjects and the second section is for elective or optional subjects. Punjab University has now separated B.A. for two years (pass course) and after obtaining 4 examinations during two years university will conduct final examination after two years. Previously a student who is doing private BA can appear in the examination after two years without Pass course but now the criteria has been changed. A student must has to be passed all three courses during 2 years and then the final examinations will be consider him/ her as an eligible to sit in the final examination. Well bachelors or arts or simple BA is consider as lowest ranked degree at Bachelors level then of BS, BSc, Medical or Engineering but scope of B.A. in Pakistan is now greater. But wait a while, this concept is wrong because one who want to be an artist, one who want to be a teacher, and one who want to be a writer or novelist should be perfect with this subject.
