Indus River:

Indus River is one of the biggest and important rivers of Pakistan. This river originates from Lake Manasarovar present in Tibet. This river flows through India, Kashmir and than enters in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.  In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa it is known as Abasin which means father of rivers. It is also known as Lion River too. In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa it follows from the mountains to fields and after this it runs from the Punjab and Sindh and finally become the part of Arabian Sea. The length of Indus River is 3,180 km.
