Indus River:
Indus River is one of the biggest and important rivers of Pakistan. This river originates from Lake Manasarovar present in Tibet. This river flows through India, Kashmir and than enters in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa it is known as Abasin which means father of rivers. It is also known as Lion River too. In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa it follows from the mountains to fields and after this it runs from the Punjab and Sindh and finally become the part of Arabian Sea. The length of Indus River is 3,180 km.
Ravi River:
Ravi River is one of the shorter but most important rivers of Pakistan. Its length is 720 km. It originates from the Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh India.
