As we know that it is a public university. It is situated in Charsadda right at the side of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. For the information, it is named right after Abdul Ghaffar Khan. This university has this sole and single mission to make an advancement and improvement in our higher studies degree programs. This university has been trying to take initiatives so that more practical knowledge and also advanced learning can be inculcated and inducted into the student’s minds. This Bacha Khan University main and primary focus is to come up with quality researches. This university Land consists and comprises of 25 acres. For the future projects, it is reported that more 97 acres of land has too been bought. This additional land is located near Charsadda right on the Motorway Interchange. In this Bacha Khan University, Charsadda, the campus comprises of more than 1500 in number of students. They have been enrolled and admittd in BS and also Master’s Degree programs. This university also offer MS/MPhil programs. The founder of this university is Professor Dr. Ehsan Ali. Governor of KPK is the chancellor of this newly founded university and Dr Fazal Raheem is the vice chancellor of this newly established university. As we know that this university also become the victim and target of the terrorist attack. It was on 20 January 2016 that terrorists tried to attack this Bacha Khan University. Because of this terrorist attack, about 19 students were killed. About 60 persons were also injured and this injured people consist of teachers and too security guards.

• This university offers its graduating and post-graduation degree programs related to the subjects of English, Computer science, bio technology, mathematics, botany, management sciences, sociology, agronomy, geology, chemistry, entomology and economics.
• If you want to do your bachelors in mathematics then your Intermediate degree should have Maths major subject. You can either have FSC pre engineering maths major degree, you can have general science degree.
• To do masters in botany then you should have BSC botany degree in your hand.

Admission Requirements

For each class for example if you are going to take admission in BS program you have to done your FSc Intermediate or any equal class with minimum 50% marks. While for taking masters admissions your CGPA should be at least 3. 0 out of 4. Fresh students are more preferable while self financing programs are also allowed for such students
