Nishtar Medical College is a public type medical college situated in Multan, Punjab, Pakistan. It was established on 28^th April, 1951 by the Governor of Punjab, Pakistan and named after Sardar Abdur Rab Nishtar. Initially it was affiliated with the University of Punjab Lahore, later it became affiliated with the Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan and in January 2003 NMC became affiliated with the University of Health Sciences, Lahore. NMC has a very beautiful and large campus in which it contains NMC building, Nishtar Medical Hospital NMH and Nishtar Hostels. NMCH campus is spread over 20 acres located at a distance of 3 km from the city center. NMCH have a strong alumni presence in US as Nishtar Alumni Association North America (NANA). NMC offers admissions in graduate, undergraduate and postgraduate classes in medical and dentistry disciplines.
