Federal Medical And Dental College FMDC  has a campus spread over 7.5 acres at the foothills of the Margalla hills. It offers admission to 100 MBBS and 50 BDS and 4 MDS students each and every year. It is also affiliated with Bahria University. FMDC is recognized by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council and Ministry of Health. It has been listed in the International Medical Education Directory (IMED). The college has three attached teaching hospitals named by Social Security Hospital and Ahmed Medical Complex and also St Joseph’s Hospital.
