UET Lahore Entry Test Preparation 2022 Online
The engineering entry test or ECAT is conducted for admission in UET Lahore and its affiliated institutes. A computerized test will be conducted by UET in which all the students who have applied will appear. It is a 100 MCQs-based test with each question containing 4 marks. ECAT 2021 Pattern:
As it is an Engineering entry test. So, you need to prepare for the engineering subjects. This 100 MCQs paper consists of the following paper pattern.

- True answer: 4 marks
- Wrong answer: -1 marks
- No answer: 0 marks
So, this is the pattern of the test. It means that one true answer will result in 4 marks. But here is an important fact. If you don’t know the answer, rather than selecting an option, you can leave it because if you will select the wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted. Eligibility Criteria for ECAT 2022:
- Those who have passed FSC/ICS/ICOM can apply for admission.
- Those who are going to appear in the Intermediate Annual exams this year are also eligible.
ECAT Test Fee:
To attempt this test, there are some important things you should do. First of all, you need to get the entry test token from the prescribed centers. You can get this token against payment of Rs.1300 and this is also the Ecat test fee. Now enter this token number to the portal of ECAT where you can fill the form for the test and can select the Entry Test 2021 Centers. After this, you will be able to print your admit card that is compulsory to attempt the exam.
Merit Calculation Formula:
So, after attempting the entry test, you can calculate the merit calculation formula for the admissions. The final merit is calculated from your Matric, FSC, and ECAT marks. So, for getting admission, the final calculation is made through the formula that is given below.

Admission Procedure:
After attempting the test, apply for admission to the University of Engineering & Technology Admission 2021 by purchasing the prospectus. You will get the admission form online. After the entry test result, the merit list will be prepared and if you will have good merit in the subject you have applied for, you will be able to get admission in it.
