PPSC PMS New Syllabus 2026
PPSC will hold PMS exams 2026 in December for the citizens of Lahore, Rawalpindi, Multan, Bahawalpur, and D.G. Khan. According to the terms and conditions of S&GAD age, relaxation will not be allowed to any candidate instead of disabling candidates who are serving the federal government for 4 years. Each candidate has three chances to be appearing in the PPSC jobs 2026 test. The chance availed by the candidates for PMS and previously held examinations for EX-PSS/ EX-PCS shall count towards the total number of chances availed for the examination for PMS. Name and Number of Posts:
- Provincial Management Services PMS Services and General Administration Department (BPS 17) 25 posts (16 on open merit/ 6 posts for disabled and 3 posts for minorities).
- Assistant Director in Punjab Local Fund Audit Department (BPS 17) 03 posts.
- Excise and Taxation Officer 2 posts.
Eligibility Criteria For PMS Test 2026:
Qualifications: Graduation in minimum 2nd division from any HEC-recognized University.
Age: 21 to 28 years on 1st January 2026 (Age relaxation is allowed only to disable candidates serving in the Federal government connection department).
Domicile: Those who are holding the Domicile of Punjab
Gender: Male, Female, and Shemale holding domiciles in any district of Punjab Province
PPSC PMS New Syllabus 2026:
The Punjab Public Service Commission of Pakistan has released the PPSC PMS new syllabus 2026 for written and interview tests that will be held as per the following schedule that you will have to be prepared for attempting the papers.
Written Examination:

PPSC PMS Compulsory Subjects Syllabus 2026:
There are six 6 compulsory subjects each of 100 marks and the total is 600 marks for compulsory subjects the syllabus for compulsory subjects will be as follows.
- English Essay 100 marks
- Functional English/ Translation Urdu to English, explanation, précis writing 100 marks
- Urdu 100 marks
- Islamic Studies 100 Marks
- Pakistan Studies 100 marks
- General Knowledge 100 Marks
Total= 600 marks (while 200 marks will be considered for psychological test and interview)
PPSC PMS Optional Subjects Syllabus 2026:
The candidate has to choose three subjections from the option subjects table each carries 200 marks and the total is 600 marks. There are seven groups (Group A to Group G) and a candidate will choose a group but not subjects from each group. It is also informed you that once you have selected the subjects will not be changed

Important Note:
- It is necessary to secure a minimum of 33% marks in each paper and an overall aggregate of 600% marks that are 50% of total marks 1200/-.
- No change will be made to the form after it is once submitted
- Any wrong or incomplete form will be rejected
How to Apply For PMS Exams 2026 Procedure:
You must be aware of the procedure before downloading the PPSC PMS new syllabus 2026. The eligible candidates have to pay Rs. 700 as processing fee under head “C02101-Organizations of state-Examinations fee Realized by the PPSC” in any branch of SBP or NBP.
